What's tiny and fuzzy and looks like Ben?

BABY NUMBER 3!!!

We had our first trimester screen today, and the doctor said even though I am measuring a full week ahead of my last menstrual period due date, they're going to stick with that date anyway. September 11. Yes, seriously.

I am twelve weeks today and have acne and am fat. Pregnancy is dreamy.

We could not be more excited, and it has been hard to keep the lid on it for the past 8.5 weeks (yeah-- I peed on a stick really early. Abut 60 sticks actually. It's a problem). We found out the day before Ben bought a car that only seats 4. Oops. (Minivan here I come).

  1. Yay!!! It's officially official! So happy for you and can't wait to see you share your life with three. I'm still on the fence regarding hypothetical #3 myself, so I'm living vicariously through you, Academomia, and Amalah. Best wishes to everybody!

  5. My advice: Get a Snugli and a whole bunch of DVDs from the library. It's the only way we haven't all died of malnutrition because it's the only way I can get dinner made.

Just kidding, Congratulations!! I am so excited for your whole family.

  6. It's like looking right at Ben, if Ben was the size of a crayfish and blurry.

You know I'm excited for you! Seriously, the blog material from three kids is ENDLESS. Someone is always pissed off or pissing on someone else.

  7. Congratulations! I'm with LL. The thought of three makes me grin like a maniac or cry like a 50's sitcom wife, depending on the time of day, so I'm totally fascinated with the new string of 3s. I'm sure you're rocking pregnancy, and the baby's already adorable :)

  8. Congrats Sarah!! I am one of three and I love having two siblings, even when it was crazy home. I wish often that we'd bought a minivan -- I secretly really love them, so I can't wait to read about your purchase!

  9. What a great pic of the little one. The ultra sound pic of my granddaughter to be looks freakish and alien. Glad you got a good image. We had to get a mini van when the kids were too old to double buckle in the back seat of the focus. The newer ones have lots of bells and whistles to make life easeir. Congratulations on your 10th Anniversary of September 11th baby.

Congrats! Everybody I know is having babies (again) right now. Makes me want another, lol.
(Also, with the right car seats, you might be able to get 3 kiddos across in the back seat of that Prius. www.car-seat.org - Fabulous place for help from techs. If anybody can help you figure out 3-across, it's them...and they're friendly and normal. :) )

And I am still impressed that you can even make a prediction on who this one looks like, although your picture looks slightly better than our more recent ones...
