Graduation weekend!

 JACK JEDD, high school grad!!!

Graduation was at the Kohl Center on campus. a change of venue from Harry's graduation, that we all enjoyed.

Perhaps we should have gotten there earlier to sit a tad coser, but the view from the jumbotron was great!
Random shout ot to Madison public schools!! I bet those letters were a good investment since all 4 major high schools do back-to-back graduations in the same place the ame weekend.

We had plenty of time to wait and get bored despite our bad seats.
Minnie made rainbow loom bracelets with her fingers.
Jack! Graduating!!
We were so excited to spot him while the kids filed in
Socks and sandals
Officially official!
We took many configurations of pictures

And then! A special visitor surprised us at brunch

Brunch was lovely, BTW

We also celebrated on Friday night

And then Ben and Jack drove a carpool of speech kids to O'Hare at 3 am on Sunday so they could catch their flight to DC for SPEECH NATIONALS. Jack is currently living his best life with his speech friends and meting some other incoming Bradley speech freshmen-- he'll be home just in time for me and Dorothy to leave for dance nationals hashtag busy summer.

Minnie's take on the weekend:

  4. Oh what fun! What a time of life that is, out of high school, ready for college. Wistful sigh. I’m glad he’s enjoying the hell out of it.
