Today almost the entire junior team (we rented 31 beach chairs that the beach company thoughtfully arranged in a horseshoe) had a beach day at Folly Beach, which is LOVELY, in case you find yourself in Charleston. I continue to be SO FREAKING PROUD of myself for driving past my comfort zone by myself! Also! It was so hot that I GOT IN THE OCEAN which is NOT something I usually do. Dorothy had an absolute blast with her friends, and even though I spent the whole day watching her because she was out so far and not reading a book like I planned, it t was fab.
