Dorothy left one of her Scuba sweatshirts in her locker, and you better believe I drove her and Coop to school the next day to make sure it was there and came right home. #MoneyOnMyMind

(I had a spending post on deck today, but it was utterly tone deaf in the wake of a US government shut down that will see no federal food aid going out 11/1-- which will have ramifications for everyone as subsidies that support pricing structures evaporate. SO, you get random instead.)

    I like random! I also would have liked your money post, but I get not wanting to publish it in light of the current situation. It's like me complaining about the weather when there's a hurricane about to demolish Jamaica. Oof, what a world.

    Phew, glad the sweatshirt was recovered. That starting early pic - I have to ask . . . does that stay untouched until trick or treaters show up, because that wouldn't last a few days/hours even. the govt shutdown is so frustrating and at every turn I find another way it's impacting people. Ugh.
